Postpartum Support International runs the PSI Warmline which provides basic information, support, referrals, and education in English and Spanish. You can call the Warmline at 1-800-944-4773(4PPD).

Postpartum Support International also has local coordinators who can provide information on local resources. The PSI Co-Coordinators for Rhode Island are Michele Bailey Chaudhry (401-419-0363) and Jane Hesser (401-497-9760).

Meetings

Postpartum Support International runs Weekly Online Support Meetings that can be accessed from a computer, smartphone or tablet. 

Woman and Infants Hospital runs support groups for New and Expectant Parents as well as Pregnancy Loss Support Groups

Breastfeeding Support

La Leche League provides various resources for breastfeeding support and runs meetings in Providence and Warwick

Chocolate Milk Cafe provides breastfeeding support geared towards African American mothers. Breastfeeding support groups are held the 1st Wednesday of each month from 4:30-6:30 at St. Joseph Health Center, 21 Peace St. Providence, RI 02907
