The bad news: Most of those fun in-person library events that I’ve come to rely on for my littles in the summer are canceled this year. The good news? They’ve mostly moved online, which means I (and you!) have access to an even bigger selection of programming than ever before! Although it’s not quite the same as being there, virtual story time has been a big hit in our family! Below are some highlights. Make sure to check library websites for additional offerings and registration info! Tip: Most libraries are also offering grab and go art, STEM, or other kits for kids to do at home. These are extra fun because my kids think pulling the stuff out of a paper bag is almost as good as opening a birthday present.
